I went to see him for a Rhinoplasty, I have dreamed about fixing the pump on the nose for many many years, finally I saved up for it and ready to go for it. Dr. Brian Howard told me that it's a good idea also to do Steptoplasy he claimed that I will breath 10 time better if I do the septoplasty. so I did both surgeries. the results were awful, my nose was twisted. he admitted it and told me that I need an immediate revision to fix it. anyway, I did the 2n surgery which is in fact is the third one ( the first round was Rhinoplasty+ steptoplasty). the result are still bad. he took away too much cartilage from my nose, left side, the left side is shorter and thinker than the right side. my messed up my Septum. now I have un even air pressure on my right ear all the time, every day. very painful and frustration I am in debt now and very unhappy b/c he gave me new problems. I wish I did not go to him. what a bad luck that sent him to his office. .

I had Rhinoplasty done with Dr. Howard, he messed up big time, he asked for a revisit Rhinoplasty to fix it. so I did give him another chance, still did not get it right. in my last appt with him, I told him about the problems that are still there and need to be addressed, he said " if I dont point out no on one else will see it"!!! please dont let him mess up your pretty face. I found out there are so many good Doctors in Atlanta I wish I did my home work, please do yours

Dr. Howard is certified both in plastic surgery and as an ENT. I was really at a loss trying to figure out which way to go for my daughter's rhinoplasty so I got both in one doctor. Dr. Howard is truly an artist and has training as a sculptor. My daughter's result is breathtaking. He idealized her face just by changing one feature. No other nose but the one he gave her would have balanced her face as finely. His surgical team was compassionate , professional, and reassuring. In recovery the team babied my daughter until she felt well enough to go home. Dr. Howard called twice to make sure she was doing well and his nurse called twice as well. My daughter wanted this so badly and I saw that Dr. Howard wanted her to have it. That little girl was his patient and nothing but the best was good enough. She had very little pain and almost no swelling. As a parent I am eternally grateful for how she was treated and with the wonderful result he achieved.
