Don’t trust dr David video guys please do your research before you go to one of their locations I did my implants at Dallas location and took them 2 months to get my final in and after 5 temporary portions they still can’t fix my bite so I just accept it the way it is be careful I will get all this public for you guys so you can see it for your self

I had the D5 Implant surgery in July 2022. I have had Type 1 insulin dependent diabetes for 47 years and my natural teeth had been destroyed by decay. Dr. David and his professional, kind manner gave me back my smile and more importantly I can eat again. Wonderful experience!

Dr. David and his staff are amazing! I recently went through the D5 Implant surgery and I am very happy with my decision. The consultation began with Dr. David and included the surgeon Dr. Strout, Lindsey as the treatment plan advisor, Maruon, Michelle,, Stephen from the lab, Jimmy the technician who worked with adjusting my implants and permanent teeth, Shanon and Haley the receptionists who always answer my questions and phone calls. Very friendly atmosphere. 😀

I had upper implants done and Dr David was excellent, everything happened as he said it would, all my follow up visit were handled on time and with very professional people, I have been to many dentist over the years but never anyone as good as David and Associates, !!!

Butcher wasn’t there when I went back because 2 implants had gone bad. Beware of Doc in the Box like this. Lesson learned-if you go to any Dentist that advertises on TV you going to get scammed!
