The dental hygienist was rude. The dental hygienist was very insensitive and I asked her to be a little easier, which only made matters worse, as she was very unhappy that day, I guess? My crown did not fit twice. After the second attempt to place my crown, Dr French just filed it down on the biting side till it was comfortable. Hence it didn't fit the third time either. i still had to pay a huge amount and then I left the office with a horrible looking crown. I will never, ever, go back to this woman again!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. French went out of her way to find help for me when I was having pain determined to be non-dental. She set me up with appoints with neurologists, and other specialists. She called in the evenings to see how I was doing.
