He is horrible. Treats his staff terrible and I felt like he just wanted money from me. He doesn't care about anything but how he looks in reviews. Everytime I've seen him, he has a different assisant. He either runs them off or they leave. You learn a lot about someone by how the people who work with him act. Don't go see him if you want to get better.

He is NOT an orthopaedic surgeon, and is specialty is physical medicine and rehabilitation. I have been to so many doctors to figure out my pain issues, and I haven't been to anyone better than Dr. Chen. He is the most patient doctor I have ever been to, and he will listen to all your needs. It is true though that he has gotten very busy, and it can take a while before you can get an appointment to see him. But it will be well worth the wait!

I HAVE BEEN SENT TO MANY DRS , AND CHEN IS THE BEST DR OUT THERE , BUT HE HAS GOT VERY BUSY OVER THE LAST YEAR. IF U WANT A DR TO LISTEN AND HELP YOU AND NO ONE ELESE THAN HE IS THE MAN.

He isn't physical rehabilitation. He's an orthopaedic surgeon and I don't recommend him to anyone! I went to him for back pain and he gave me a diagnosis without any examination!
