Brought my newborn at 9am still wasn’t seen at 10am only too be told that usually the Dr is here by now very unprofessional Would not recommend

My 3 sons were all patients of Dr. Nicks, for 28 years, I moved to NJ (23 years ago) and never found a pediatrician who was as caring, or as knowledgeable as Dr. Nick. I used a doctor when I first moved to NJ for my oldest son, he had an ear infection, after a week of antibiotics and suffering, I took him back to Comprehensive Peds, saw Dr. Nick and in 2 days my son was healed. Now my granddaughter is his patient.

I would recommend and continue to see any one of the Drs in Comprehensive Pediatrics except for Dr. Sica. His bedside manners were very unprofessional and he tried to insult my intelligence infront of his following interns my child and spouse.
My child was recieving vaccinations for school during this visit, however I was EXTREMELY concerned not only about my child recieving multiple vaccinations during this visit but about my child recieving a specific vaccination.
I told the assistant who was setting up the vaccinations prior to the Dr. Entering the room to hold off on just this one and that I would like to speak with him first before she prepared it.
Instead of understanding my concern, he quickly dismissed my feelings and gave me a fast rambling, uncaring, unsympathetic answer and made my concern sound ridiculous.
When i asked if the vaccination could be split (which I had heard that it can be and thought i would bring it to his attention) his response was "I wish because then I would get paid more money"
His next comment almost made me loose my mind when he said "well you may have to claim religious exemption, like ---- (I will not mention the religion) cause they dont vaccinate there kids" I said " Wait hold on a second, I am a ---- and yes we do vaccinate our kids.
His interns, assistant, and my spouse were mortified.
I am writing this review to inform others that i would pass on seeing Dr. Sica
According to him the only person right in that room was him until he made accusations about a religious group that were untrue.
Very unprofessional
All the other Drs have been wonderful and never had a problem.

Our family loves Dr. Nick! We have been seeing him for many, many years. He is brilliant, patient and cares for our children like they are his own. His staff however, is not the best. This is interesting because you would think that their level of professionalism would match his. But, it does not. Almost all of his employees are simply rude. Over the phone they are awful!!! If your child is sick, they don’t seem to care. Even if it is urgent, they just don’t care. The head receptionist nurse is always in a bad mood. Dr. Nick is fabulous and should really vet his employees so they match is work ethic, professionalism and overall practice. Having said this, you should bypass his disgusting workers and go see him. He is simply the best pediatrician that you can find for your family.

He is the best. Very friendly and well knowledgeable. Talks to the kids
But his staff and other pediatricians working with him are so so. One of his pediatricians doesn't even wash his hands. He put his finger in my son's mouth without wearing gloves. He didn't wipe with alcohol my son skin before giving his shot. I would recommend Faraci and the Spanish Dr. But they are only there once a week. And when he's there it's very busy. I am searching for a new pediatricians because I work on the day Faraci is in.

This doctor solved our problem in one visit and we had been to several other pediatricians on SI who were helpful but could not exactly put their finger on the issue. Faraci did that and saved us countless trips to a bunch of specialists. He saved us multiple co payments as well! Good doctor.

Dr. Faraci is by far the only pediatrician I trust to take care of my daughter! His knowledge of pediatric medicine can not be surpassed! I trust him with my daughters life! Love the staff and nurses as well, everyone is so caring and respectful.

I wouldnt trust anybody else to be my daughters doctor! He is amazing, always makes us feel comfortable and is extremely knowledgeable. Always listens to my concerns and really cares about his patients. Always goes above and beyond for us. I couldnt ask for better. The staff is awesome always helpful and really cares about getting us in last minute if needed. If you need a pediatrician DEF go to Dr. Faraci you wont be disappointed.

Best doctor hands down ! He always take the time and goes the extra mile for my children. Sometimes a little wait , but worth the wait. When my son was born he came to the hospital everyday to check on him when he was in the nicu and he wasn't scheduled to be on. I recommend him to anyone.

The office has too many patients, they do not recognize/remember/know my child.
