Dr. Pepper is a great doctor. He understands that people are not perfect and we all make mistakes. I started my program at BMC but then I switched to Dr. Pepper because a few of the Drs at BMC had god-complexes !!

Dr, pepper has saved my life . At 45 years old I was given a prescription for a high level of pain over a 8 month period of time while awaiting surgery . I was told I wouldn’t become addicted to this drug bc of the amount of pain I was experiencing , I was very nervous about the Narcotic I was given and the amount and length of time , however my choices were very few. When the surgery was over and I desperately attempted to get off the medication despite some chronic pain and it was clear that I would need some serious help . I attempted and struggled for several years and my relationships with my Daughter my devoted Husband and very supportive Parents suffered severely during this time . It was incredibly humbling , baffling and powerful and it appeared that all the will I could muster wasn’t enough .
When I was feeling like my life would never return my Higher Power put Dr Pepper in my path .
It appeared as if I could breath fir the first time in 4 years the day I met Dr Pepper .
I certainly don’t enjoy the weekly visits or having to sample each week knowing that there’s a camera in the room , however I realize there are reasons for these interventions are they are to help us all , which is the Objective of this clinic and many others like it. It can’t be easy some days for Dr Peppers staff as it’s an incredibly busy clinic however people like myself who aren’t in trouble with the law and haven’t been seeking drugs in the street have a difficult time being treated with any amount of judgement , insensitivity and lack of respect . I often would feel like a number in a group of badly behaved children that have been sent to the Principals office for discipline by the staff at Dr Ps not he , himself .
In general though my experience at the clinic has saved my life and continues to assist and direct me on the path of recovery . I am undeniably grateful everyday to all who has continued to play a part in my Recovery . I believe that the pharmacy associated with Dr.Peppers clinic in Chatham is also very instrumental in my recovery . They are helpful and approachable .

Dr. Pepper and his staff are all amazing and treat each us like equals and like we matter. Ive been to a few places where staff have treated me horribly based on my history but Dr. Pepper and James accept it and make it a more personable place to be.

Dr.Pepper and his Richmond practice are an absolute ASSET to Chatham-Kent and the surrounding area. I have had the upmost pleasure of being his patient in both his clinic and E.R. setting. He consistently goes over and beyond to give his patients the most quality care. By far the most compassionate, non-judgmental, down to earth physician in Ontario.
(Speaking from experience; and I've seen alot of them)
He is very knowledgeable. He has treated myself and my children. He works his ass off for this community, at what I can only assume is one of the more difficult areas of medicine. And does so tirelessly.
And regardless of whatever nonsense he dealt with before he sees you, you are greeted with a smile and open ears. (That actually listen)
This man and the team at Richmond save lives day in and day out. Truly a pillar of our community and an absolute pleasure to be a patient of.

I love Dr Pepper he is the most amazing Dr he loves his patients I would recommend him to anyone James is mean at the front desk his wife is amazing and she gets the 5 stars James gets no stars he should be nicer to people he's the only problem in that office

I saw Dr. Pepper in the Emergency ward in Wallaceburg today. He was friendly and helpful. I have been to him on other occasions and he was knowledgeable, skilled and professional. I am concerned with people saying negative things about him. I don't know the whole story but I doubt he would do anything crooked. If he ever reads these reviews, he needs to know that he is an excellent physician.
