I scheduled a routine cleaning for today. This was my first visit, so I had to fill out new patient forms (which, by the way, were excessively detailed and unnecessarily intrusive). I submitted the forms. But I was told to wait, and I would be called in for the cleaning. The cleaning was fine. But, again, I was told to wait, and I would be called in for x-rays. X-rays were taken. But, again, I was told to wait, and I would be called in for a meeting with Dr. Rosenberg. I was called in. I sat down and waited for about 10 minutes, and Dr. Rosenberg still had not shown up. By that time, I had been in the office for over two hours! I have never spent two hours in a dentist's office in my entire life! My patience finally wore out, and I walked out. Dr. Rosenberg may very well be an excellent dentist; I don't know because even after two hours, I still had not seen the man. Dr. Rosenberg, if you are reading this, all I can say is that you need to organize things better than this. I allowed myself one hour for this visit because it was my first time there. I figured that filling out forms would add to the 30 minutes that it normally took for a cleaning and x-rays in my old dentist's office. But two hours, and still not done? That is ridiculous and unacceptable. I hope that this review will be helpful to someone considering Dr. Rosenberg. Again, I am not criticizing his knowledge or competence as a dentist. I just think that his office is poorly managed. You should know this if you plan to see him. In all fairness, my wife and step-daughter swear by him. Maybe what happened to me was just an unfortunate exception to otherwise prompt service. I will never know because I will never go back to that office again.

Did I write that previous review? This doctor is terrible. I had very similar experiences as the other two people here had. Only after money and doesn't care about his patients.

I was unimpressed to say the least. I went for a cleaning and the worker cleaning my teeth notice that I had a cavity - so I scheduled an appointment to have it filled, first available was a month later! So, I went back a month later, took an x-ray – waited for the doctor Rosenberg, who said that “I had great teeth, to thank my parent’s good-bye”. I said that I have a cavity that I need to be filled. He looked again at the x-ray and said "oh yea you do" and then told me to schedule another appointment to have it filled, but that’s what I was there for All in all it was a waste of my time, I did not feel comfortable with him, felt very rushed, just seems like that just want more appt’s just to make more money. He's cleaning associate (not a doctor) found the cavity and the doctor didn't - and was going to just send me home! never again for this doctor. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Spent less than 1 minute with both me and my husband. I was unimpressed and felt rushed.
