I saw Dr Ralls for about 1 year and had to remind her each time I visited of my past history -- she does not keep good notes from past visits. On one occasion she tried to prescribe me a medicine that she had taken me off of in a previous visit due to its side effects, until I reminded her that it had not been a good choice for me. During one appointment she described to me how she loses money if she spends more than 15 minutes with a patient, which I took as her not-so-subtle way of telling me to stop asking questions. I endured some of her rants about how naturopathic medicine is superior. In my opinion, she should not be using her medical practice to dabble as an inexperienced/unqualified Naturopath.

Dr. Ralls DOES NOT care about her patients. It's hard to get a straight answer from her before she goes off and rants about how irresponsible her staff is and how fed up she is with insurance companies. This has happened on more than one occasion!! One time I went in to ask her about hormone levels and she replied, "I don't get paid enough to answer questions like that." Seriously?? DO NOT GO SEE DR. RALLS!!!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Ralls since 2005. Over the last five years I have become increasingly unimpressed and underwhelmed by the treatment I have received at her offices. While the receptionist and nurses are polite, Dr. Ralls herself is less than interested in her patients, which was made quite obvious by a recently instated policy: patients cannot discuss with the doctor anything except that for which the appointment was originally made. While it is understandable that doctors are busy, this policy shows Dr. Ralls to have very little thought or consideration for her patients.

Today I saw Dr. Ralls based on her wonderful reviews, however to my surprise she was any thing but a great doctor. I saw her for my annual womans exam and I tried to ask her a few questions about conceiving. She answered me with " Well, this could take many hours to discuss, lets just do what you came here for." I was completely shocked! Then she started to ask me about my PH levels. I told her that I keep it in check. I eat good and I take PH drops on a regular bases. She responded with " you take PH drops? where do you buy those?" I was floored!!! Really!!?? she's supposed to be educating me, not visa versa. Then when my exam was over, she never said "ok, get dressed, meet me outside." She just walked out. So I sat in the room for about 10 minutes thinking she was coming back, then I finally changed and walked out of the room. So nuts!!! And, during the exam she continued to **** about new insurance policies that she is so frustrated about!!!

I trust Dr. Ralls to give me the most updated advice available across a wide range of western and eastern treatments. Dr. Ralls is very caring, available, and professional, yet, not stuffy. She is a super comfortable person to talk to.

In my opinion this Dr. is very comfortable to be around but when I asked about the HPV vaccines she told me not to worry about it. She was very against it. They are too new and HPV at my age isn't a big worry she said. Also.. when I told her I smoked.. she said "Not anymore." As if telling me what to do. I didn't like that.

We have been very happy with the service Dr. Rawls has provided us. She has gone out of her way to help us. On one occasion she even went with us to visit a specialist for our son to help us understand what he was telling us. We have found Dr. Rawls to be a caring and knowledgeable doctor.
