Thyroid - no! I have Hashimoto's. She will not listen to you. My thyroid got worse under her care. Now have1 cm nodule discovered by accident. Needle biopsy nneeds to be done. She tells me to come back in 2 months! Will keep telling you "labs good" even though she will not run complet throid labs including T3. Put me on vitamin D3 at one point and never even checked later with another lab to see what the level was. Never another word about D3. Show her and tell her your symptoms and she just ignores what you are saying. Have an appointment with another endo. The office is hard to get through. You leave voicemail message to call back - they don't. You keep calling until you reach someone

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Bianchi, personally. She always took the time to answer my questions. However, her office staff is the WORST. I recently moved to another state and it took the office well over a month to send records to my new doctor. Had to call the office 3 or 4 times to check on the status of the records and got a different answer every time. "We sent them out last week, but the mail has to go through the hospital, so it could take 10 days." Next phone call... "Oh no, we don't send records through the hospital!" Then the person in charge of records got very snippy when questioned. So glad I don't have to deal with them anymore!

went to see Dr Bianchi because of a pituitary tumor and was told that it didn't matter but I had a very serious thyroid problem based on all of my previous blood work and an ultrasound done on my thyroid. She very quickly dismissed any concerns about what I was even there for and told me she wasn't going to treat me for anything the headaches and things that I was concerned about. She said my thyroid was so bad that I was depressed and sent me off for another ultrasound, a thyroid biopsy, a ton of blood work. A month and a half later at my next appointment she told me there was nothing wrong with me, I had a simple goiter, my thyroid blood work is fine and I should go home and come back in a year for a check up. WHAT???? Oh, and I should ignore my brain tumor because a neurosurgeon will tell me it is too small to be causing all of my symptoms. She is a fantastic doctor..... I will never see her again... but I see a pituitary neurosurgeon on Friday.

I have been diabetic for 42 years and have met many, many endocrinologists because my emploment required me to move frequently. Dr. Bianchi is the best. She knows more about my disease than anyone else I have ever met. She diagnosed my problems quickly and recommended corrective actions and adjustments to my medications that have improved my general health significantly. She is an expert in her field.

I thought this doctor was very helpful and listened to me; until I questioned a treatment plan from her nurse and didn't return their calls quick enough. She discharged me from her practice, conflicted her past advice, and now won't talk to me. I could only talk with the office mgr. very confused!

I loved Dr. Bianchi, she listened to me and was very knowledgeable about what she does. I had gone to four different doctors and she diagnosed me just by looking at me, then she confirmed the diagnosis with tests. She was so pleasant, it was a relief from what other doctors can be like.
