Dr. Winters has been my PCP for 20 plus years and he has always been there for me. He has an excellent disposition. Always puts me at ease. Alwyas there when you need his assistance and if he's out of the office, Regina, the nurse practioner can step in and she is also excellent. THe staff is also most helpful.
