3 years ago I suffered a severe ankle sprain on the job- Dr Rauschenbach told me I rolled it a little bit ignored me when I stated I was in horrible pain.No X-ray No MRI. He sent me back to work after a week. The swelling was so bad I had to buy shoes two sizes bigger just to cover the foot in order to work. I went back to him 2 weeks later, told me to loose the crutches, again I stated I was in excruciating, horrible pain, told me it was just a little sprain the swelling will go down. I went to two other Drs but because I already had seen him & it was a workers comp case no one wanted to touch me, so I suffered for months with the excruciating pain & swelling. Here it is 3 years later there is a lump as big as a golf ball on my ankle,the golf ball swells with stabbing pains as if a hot knife is being shoved in the ankle, goes all the way up my leg. I believe I got poor patient care because of it being a workers comp. Thanks for the life time of pain

when I first came to him, 4years ago, I asked him if he could take care of me. He said yes and I already had 2 hips replaced and the rest of my joints were going bad. When I had a problem with one of my hips and went to see him, he said that he would not touch some other Dr's work. I feel that he should of told me this in the first place. I feel that I waisted my time with him.

I absolutely trust Dr. R. He performed 2 knee scopes, one from a botched operation. understanding, wants you to be pain free and even works with the ins. company when they deny you what he wants prescribed. very good doc
