She was very understanding and patient in listening to my problems and very helpful overall.

She was extremely quick and formal. She made me feel not only stupid, but that I was wasting her time. She hurried and spoke too quickly. She argued with me when I was trying to explain my problem. An infrequent visitor to the doctor, I did not know what to do when she shoved a lab slip in my hand and left the room without explanation. I waited there until a nurse came in and told me what to do. I just really did not feel comfortable with her at all.
