Crawford is advertising himself on the Covered CA list of accepted doctors, but when you call in to make an appointment, the staff says he is not... Upon deeper investigation, he is operating under a new Tax ID #, while still advertising being available on the old #....

I have gone to him for the past 15 years and never felt great about the staff or wait times either.

Dr. Crawford's front office staff could not be any more horrible to his patients. They are very arrogant and rude, when I told his front office staff that I would be taking my family of seven and finding a new family practitioner she laughed at me. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone.

I have been seeing Dr Crawford for almost 10 years. he is a good doctor I wouldn't consider him a great doctor it would take more effort on his half. by time you get into his office you see him for maybe 5 minutes and then you're off. But his staff are some of the rudest people I've ever dealt with they are rude when you call in for an appointment. I called one time my daughter had broken out in hives I didn't know what to do never seen it before they were moving offices the girl was so rude to me and finally just told me to go to argent care. I just couldn't believe how rude she was on the phone.then when you arrive in their office no matter what time your appointment is you will wait at least 35 minutes past the time of your appointment.like I said I like Dr Crawford but I am already looking for a new doctor.

Both interactions with Dr. Crawford were 60 minutes and 45 minutes after the scheduled appointment. Neither delays were explained or justified. How do doctors regularly get away with this?

Dr. Crawford takes time and listens, he genuinely cares about his patients. However, most of the time you have to wait (sometimes quite a while) and the office staff aren't friendly.

Dr. Crawford is awesome but the office staff leaves a little to be desired. Its really only one person, (older lady), who isn't the greatest but everyone else, including the Doctor, are great.

Dr. Crawford is one of the few doctors that sits down and listens to all your concerns. He pays attention, explains everything and offer options. He takes great care of my family. Sina Mansouri

Dr Crawford takes the time to discuss every question you have, is thorough in explaining his diagnosis, and I would highly recommend Dr Crawford and his staff to anyone.

The worst Dr. I have ever had. He did nothing for me, except turn me into a perscription drug addict. I eventually left and went to a Dr. who knew what they where doing and could help with my present health conditions.
