Due to limited access to dentistry while living overseas I had to get 13-fillings and asked that they be scheduled in two visits, since the fewer needles the better in my opinion. I went in for my first procedure and I was not informed that they would only be doing the upper left until halfway through the procedure, I would have to come back at least two, but probably three more times; so much for accommodating the patient. They injected me with enough numbing solution to keep me numb for up to eight hours after each procedure, which is not fun. Even my eyelids were numb. After getting all these cavities filled my mouth was in pain for months. My mouth still hurts. I had no pain before I got these fillings. I went back to inquire about this ongoing pain and was told I would probably need root canals. Really? I spent so much time and money on fillings and now I need root canals? I don't appreciate this result!

Dr. Nield is a great dentist. He is very nice and informative. He asks questions about yourself and remembers them (for the most part) the next time you come in. If you ask him a question that he doesn't know the answer too, he'll find out and have one of his staff call you back. His staff is very friendly too.
