Horrible bed side manner , could careless what you have to say or what your concerns are. Wants to just keep giving injections even if they don't help or have caused the problem to become worse . If you question him he gets fruatrated and yells... Makes you wait for hours and hours to the point his staff even complains about him . Treats people like cattle. Wasn't impressed with him at all! Would never recommend this man to anyone!

Not a very warm person. Poor listener. Runs his business with a questionable business plan which manifests in long waits! Both to see him and to have him sign prescriptions. Questionable as to whether he has a genuine interest in his patients. I do not feel comfortable with him, and instead rely on his PA for treatment.

Always wait several hours to see him for procedure after assistant sees patient. Being able to converse/explain things to patient would help. Being able to "think out of the box" (not compartmentalize a patient based on what HE thinks is wtong) is needed. Poor interaction with patients (bedside manner)/better relations are needed for a dr. in a clinic setting/get impression he doesn't REALLY care.

Dr. Wright is traditional in his pain management approach: drug you up, give you dozens of painful, useless injections, and dismiss you when it isn't working. He stopped seeing me, and would push me off onto his P.A. (I can't remember his name), who is cocky and full of himself. This practice isn't progressive at all, and when you refuse certain tests and treatments, he gets rid of you. In my case, Tramadol was making me stupid, not addressing my back pain, and I refused to have a discogram, because (1) the procedure is extremely painful and (2) I am NOT going to have disc surgery, because of the poor outcome percentages. He also talked me into having the nerves around my herniated disc burned back. This painful procedure laid me up for about two weeks, and there was no pain relief. He made my back more irritated and inflamed.
