Dr. Norem is the only Dr. I have, who when he comes into the patient room he knows my medical history without looking at my chart. You can hear the doors so he has had no time to look from his exit from other room. Dr. Norem checks me thoroughly and asks every critical question that applies to me alone. He will even make other phone calls for my treatment, if necessaty,in my presence to make sure I have complete care. I feel completely confident with Dr. Norem & staff. Actually, he has been instrumental in my care.He is so through and follows through. Thank-you Dr. Norem. When you have an appointment,you actually get in within minutes of arrival. When I became cryptically ill. Dr. & staff were my lifesaver. Thank-You

Dr. Norem is disengaged with patients, bored,and remote. is office staff is nice and helpful.

Always takes the time to answer every question and makes sure I understand everything we discuss. Never makes you feel rushed. Has even come in on his day off to read test results for impending surgery
