Saw Dr. for IME and Dr. Winkler listened to my history and then he forced my arm past it's normal range of motion after he had been told numerous times that I couldn't move it. He caused considerable pain and discomfort and was very unconcerned about hurting me. Has not contacted me to see if I am okay.
