Extremely unprofessional; speaks about other patients and could never remember what I was there for. Papers and files (likely confidential) all over her desk in a disgustingly cluttered office space. Please do yourself a favour and see anyone but this woman, who will only tell you to buy books to read that you can’t afford.

This is the greatest person that ever came into my life. She was the one that made feel that i'm not crazy. Finally i got a proper diagnosis. I continue to see her for the past 6 years. She saved my life by figuring out the right meds for my schizophrenia and supporting me throughout and now i am able to work part time and raise a family. She didn't just help me but my husband and my daughter too. She is wonderful. I can't say enough good things about this doctor.

Dr. Messina is very smart but she isn't the best people person. During our session she asked what I do for work, and then proceeded to ask where she could see some of our companies projects because she needed work done for her own house. It was ill timed and inappropriate.

She has a good heart and I truly believe she wants to help people. But she is a bit chaotic and is not very willing to adjust for her patients. If you ever have paper work you need filled out, bring a hard copy and expect to wait a few weeks to get anything in motion.

Fantastic! Wonderful! Not just as a doctor but also a beautiful human being. I saw her in the past for a few years when I was in a very dark place. She has a perfect way to make you feel loved and wanted. Upon leaving after my appointments, I had a fantastic sensation Of feeling so calm, relaxed and stress free. I bought the book "Mind Over Mood". It was not to her advantage but definitely mine. I still refer to this book from time to time. I need her help again so I called leaving a message. She returned my call the same day. I'm so happy to be seeing her again because I know that I will be in a better place. Thank you so much Dr. Messina. You're one of a kind.

Dr Messina is open minded and easy to talk to. She supports whatever belief system her clien has and introduces a wider view of a situation. Her suggestions, support and references really helped my perspective of what felt like a hopeless situation. She is organized, on time and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her.
