The worst I have ever seen, so rude, so arrogant. I did not even want to have the results of my ultrasound, I was too scared of him. He laughs at you and is very condescending. Poor man, he must be very sad and lonely to humiliate people like this. Time to retire and stay HOME!!

I have to say that I went to my appointment with low expectations because of the bad reviews, but wow Doctor Sami was amazing! I never felt rushed he took the time to listen to me and anwer all my concerns, I thought he was not going to take me seriously because I'm young but he went above and beyond and referred me to do extra exams. Very friendly and I'll highly recommend him.

I’m truly baffled at the negative reviews for DR. Sami. She’s been my father’s cardiologist for many years, and I’ve attended appointments with my father and Dr. Sami has been absolutely the most attentive and caring of the doctors that I’ve met throughout my own history and my father’s history. He’s probably one of the most caring doctors I have experienced. He’s very much a hands-on doctor and it’s possible that maybe he’s frustrated that people are not more attentive to their own health and rely on their doctor for all the answers.

Dr. Sami is rude ,distracted, does not read his chart and often gives conflicting advice, if you ask about your condition he becomes impatient and sarcastic. If you are having a problem it is impossible to contact him by phone, the receptionist suggests to send an email which he does not respond to.

Complèment incompétent et arrogant. Comment se fait-il qu'il pratique encore??? Ce médecin n'écoute pas du tout et s'impatiente lorsqu'on lui pose des questions. Il m'a même dit qu'il était fatigué, qu'il partait en vacances et ne voulait rien savoir des résultats de mes examens... Autre fait troublant, lorsqu'il a voulu écouter mon coeur, il s'est impatienté et a voulu lui-même déboutonner ma blouse! J'étais troublée pendant plusieurs jours... Cet homme doit arrêter de pratiquer et doit partir à la retraite au plus vite pour la sécurité et le bien-être de tous.

I am extremely concerned that Dr Sami is a risk to patients. He never reads notes so has no idea why I am there, provides inconsistent messaging and has unnecessarily prescribed medication with no evidence that slowed my heart to a dangerous level.

He falls very short of the standards at the Montreal Heart Institute: inferior with respect to knowledge, patient care, and interpersonal style.
