I would not recommend Dr Cremin. Knows her stuff but is very short, does not explain things thoroughly, rushes you through the appointment, and does not answer all of your questions. If that's not bad enough she is belittling and gets extremely defensive. You get the feeling that your an annoyance to her when visiting and she doesn't have the time for you or your child, even though you are paying her to do her job. If the appointment I had recently was the first time I went to Maple Ave I would never walk in those doors again. However, I do love the office staff, nurses and other doctors (especially Dr Louis - he's the best!), and so this leads me to stick around. In the future I will request not to have Cremin from now on!

Very unhappy with this practice. My daughter had chronic constipation. I was told "she's just a constipated kid" give her Miralax (a laxative). Even when I had to take her to the ER because she was sooo constipated. She also had 2 urinary tract infections due to this. They (the doctors and nurses) made me feel that it was my fault...not enough miralax mom!! Finally, I left the practice. My new doctor listened and asked questions...my daughter was then diagnosed with Celiac. So disappoineted with this practice. They treated my other child poorly as well. Many of my neighbors and friends have switched practices. Doctors and staff can be rude.

I like Dr. Cremin, although I do agree with some of the past comments. She talks fast and often rushes through the exam and she has become defensive in the past of my questions and I was not being invasive at all. On the flip-side, she is an excellent doctor and I have told her in the past, point-blank, "Please slow down, this is important to me, I have concerns about..." and she does slow down. I even had to call one night at 3 AM and woke her up. She was very nice and understanding as we had a post-surgery issue that was immediate. The office staff is wonderful and honestly, I would pay out of pocket for the services of the practice.

I have always found Dr. Cremin to be completely professional, patient courteous and kind. We have been with Maple Avenue Pediatrics for over 10 years and have had to deal with some pretty serious health issues with our children. She not only eased my fears but made me feel I could ask her anything. I will only see Dr. Cremin or Dr. Yellin when my children are sick. In fact at one point our insurance changed and I had to go to another doctor. After a few visits I decided my children's well being was worth going back to see Dr. Cremin and having to pay out of pocket.

Yes I agree she does talk a bit fast, but she is extremely helpful and patient with us. English is not my first language, she listens to me and explain everything to me in the way for me to understand easily, treat me with respect and so nice to our daughters. We couldn't ask for a better Dr. than Dr. Cremin. This is a very well organize office, I love all the doctors but always try to avoid Dr. Yellin, knowledgeable but so good with kids, a bit snobby.

I think Dr. Cremin, technically/medically is a good MD. However, she talks very quickly, can be abrupt, and sometimes seems to get defensive with a parent's questions. (Sorry, I didn't go to medical school...). She is the oldest and most senior doctor at Maple Avenue Pediatrics. I don't care for her manner with stressed out parents and usually request a different doctor if I have a sick child. Again, because of her manner. It is a shame since she is good doc. I wish someone at her practice would take note of this and talk to her about it. If she slooooowed down she could be great..... Two other families feel the same way I do.
