Dr Samuels was good but he has now moved, to Whitby, I believe.

He has decided to sell his practice in Rexdale. Had three different appointments with him and all were cancelled. Been trying to get an appointment with him since July 2021. They were suppose to rebook because the last cancellation was because of training but forgot. Now if I want an appointment with him I have to wait till June. I have been going to him for almost 30 years. He does not care about his patients in Rexdale. He should have sent us emails of cutting hours. He is only at this office once or twice a week. I thought he was good. I was mistaken

I’ve been going to Dr Samuel since I was a child, it’s now been about 20 years and he continues to be such a lovely and helpful optometrist. I wouldn’t change him for anyone. Although I now live abroad, I wait to visit home and have my appointments with him.

Great place for eye care. Dr. Samuel is very patient and helpful. I remember when he was doing my contact fittings, he took time many weeks just to make sure it was right and comfortable. I highly recommend this place, my entire family loves Dr. Samuel and his staff!

I cant say enough positive about this wonderful Doctor. In my over 50 years, this is the most patient, knowledgeable and pleasant doctor I have been lucky enough to be attended by. I have had issues getting contacts that work properly for both far and near sight issues, and he has taken the time to try different brands and strengths, to get things working as best as possible for me. I tell everyone about him and have other family members coming to his office as well. A true gentleman and professional, very refreshing in this day and aga!!!
