Dr. Collins will prescribe drugs to you and if you ask about side effects of taking it she becomes condescending and rude. God forbid you ask questions or have concerns.

After 25+ years Dr. Collins decided to drop me as a patient because I went to a walk-in by my house and they decided to get my blood checked. My RBC and WBC were low so they referred me to a specialist. I made an appointment to discuss this + other things with Dr. Collins, she told me that I don't have anemia (contrary to the blood test results), sort of laughed off any concerns I brought up in response. She then told me that she has plenty of "Indian families" that need a Doctor... I don't believe any patient deserves to be treated the way Dr. Collins treats people. Pretty disappointed.

Dr. Collins is not patient or empathic. She has seemed to lost her purpose for being a Doctor. She may need some soul searching.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Collins. She goes above and beyond in almost every appointment I have. When I've had questions she has literally, right then and there, pulled up info or pulled up my records to let me see and to better understand what it is that she's saying to me.
One of the biggest things I appreciate about her is the language she uses. She very rarely uses doctor terminology and if she does, she breaks it down into everyday terminology so that I fully understand what she is saying to me.
I have never left an appointment feeling dismissed, discouraged or annoyed. Not many people like going to the doctors, but I can honestly say that I have no problems or anxiety when I need to go and see Dr. Collins. Thank you Dr. Collins!

She used to be good when she took over fir Dr. Blachford. Now she is down right horrible and very rude!!

When she took over for Dr. Blachford she was great. I am so sorry Dr. Blachford retired.
Now Doctor Collins is horrible. Does not look into your health issues thoroughly and makes you feel like you are wasting her time. Very arrogant . Cuts you off when you are trying to explain. I am so upset when I have to make an appointment with her. Terrible to be afraid of your doctor. My family would like to find another doctor but female doctors are hard to find. We don't run to the doctor for every little thing but when we do go we don't want to feel like a bother.

Terrible doctor! She Unprofessional, arrogant, rude. when I asked questions how to give medicine and dose quantity, she said you ask too many questions. Just making money every visit but doesn't talk like an educated person and doesn't how to respect someone. Impatient to let someone finish or hear them and cuts them off saying let me finish in a rude tone as if she knows everything. Full of ego and destroying attitude.

Terrible doctor! Unprofessional, arrogant, rude, and no knowledge.
So happy I switched my family to another doctor.
