The worst experience of my life. They are rude and all about the money.

Doctor is knowledgeable however front desk staff is terrible enough to never return. Front desk is rude and disorganized. My first visit went well however when I came to pick up my blood results it took a month to get back which is unusual compared to other places I've gone! I was called to come in to go over my results with the doctor. The office was closed with Dr. Morris and her staff strolling in 15-20 minutes after the office open hours, my appointment was at 8 a.m. and I had to wait for them to open. Front desk couldn't find my records and asked me repeatedly what my visit was for after the fact they called me and told my blood results were ready, couldn't find it and I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for them to locate it. Front desk lady was extremely rude and unprofessional I had every right to be upset at the situation and she had the nerve to call me later that day instead of apologizing, she thanked me for not getting nasty with her? WTF that whole situation was terrible and Dr. Morris or an office manager should've been the ones to call to apologize or make things right with a dissatisfied patient, who rightfully so should be upset by that experience. I had diagnostic work done and they told me I had to pay a fee (over $100+) since the insurance does not cover it so I paid it never mentioned any additional fees. Turns out they lied to me billed my insurance and I'm stuck with a bill that the front desk informed I should not and would not be responsible for per Dr. Morris. Haven't heard back from anyone the bill is about $1500. NO ONE would agree to take a diagnostic test for that amount but they lied and misled to believe something different. I don't trust this office, provider, or Genova Diagnostics. SHADY!!

I have been seeing Dr.Morris for over 4 years and I think she is a wonderful Physician. I have never waited a long time in her office and I have never had any problems with her staff. Although she has recently changer her practice model, I was not forced into any financial obligations. In fact she has never asked me for any money to process any paperwork that I may have requested from her office. I am satisfied with continuing my medical care in her practice with her Physician Assistant Alison who seems to be very knowledgeable. Her staff Simone and Shanna are always helpful and polite as well. I would say that Dr Morris is one of the best Physicians in Coral Springs and I would not consider changing Doctors for any reason........ Yuksel Atillasoy/Author and Publisher

A visit at Dr. Morris's office - and not too pleased. I was waiting to see the doctor and was told that she does not see patients unless they are enrolled in her $1600+ program. I had been a patient for over 10 years and loved this doctor. Now I can see that she cares only to see patients who can afford her. To me..... this is not a very caring doctor... What happened to the oath a doctor takes. She will only be seeing patients from the upper class. Imagine that!!!! I guess she doesn't do any pro bono cases either. Well, I'll have to start looking for another doctor. Good luck with the change and I hope she is able to maintain her current patients.

Dr Morris herself is a good doctor but she has switched her practice to only serving those who can afford to be in her elite group of patients -the rest she has turned over to a nurse practitioner who has no inter actions with the patient-no questions, no answers-very uninformative - dissatisfied with the change over

Dr. Morris is a caring knowledgeable doctor, who listens and doesn't rush you. Her nurse, Shauna is helpful and caring. Although she has changed the nature of her practice, I have seen the NP she has now and she is also very competent and because she is new consults with Dr. Morris when needed. I would recommend both the Dr. and the NP.

I absolutely love this doctor and her staff. She is very thorough and takes the time to listen and knows your history before stepping into the examination room. I don't ever recall waiting more than 20 minutes tops when I've been in her office. She has worked with me to find the right meds to treat my condition and is encouraging when it comes to sensitive issues like losing weight, etc. The staff is the friendliest I've ever encountered in my almost 20 years and 3 PCPs in Florida. She has decided to change her practice to what the insurance company refers to as "concierge". I'm so disappointed. It's very hard to find a physician you trust and connect with and I found that in Dr. Morris. Now, because I cannot afford the 1600.00 upfront fee (which my insurance company will not reimburse), I'm forced to find a new doctor. This really is upsetting because she truly is a wonderful doctor. If you can afford her, see her!

Fabulous and very thourough. Never felt rushed and she seemed to genuinely care.
