Doesn’t address concerns or questions. Doesn’t give more than 2minutes of his time. Waste of time to see him. Doesn’t give solutions other than your old I’m only 55. Scary bc if something could be done now it will be too late.

Probably the worst doctor I’ve ever had to deal with. Poked my eye and told me nothing was wrong with it. Began arguing with me when I challenged his opinion. Would rather lose my eye than recommend him.

I have been seeing Dr. Filaferro for over 15 years. I find him exceptionally knowledgeable and experienced. He explains when I ask questions and I fully trust his expertise. No complaints.

A doctor tha dismisses you within 1 minute of asking you why you are there should not be a doctor. Worst doctor I have ever seen would never return I do not want you to waste time on me but let me actually explain my symptoms fir longer than 1 minute just rude and ignorant cannot rate his knowledge because I never finished telling him what was wrong I ended up saying just forget it then!
.i am health trained with over 20yrs in health met many docs some that hurry patients along but never seen this behaviour

Unimpressed with this guy...wouldn’t allow any questions.Stating “you’re not listening to me”when I asked for clarification and not just once.Rude,unprofessional!Waste of energy to go downtown for that performance !

First and last time here. This doctor is rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. Did not seem least bit interested in answering my questions. He couldn’t get out of the room fast enough.

Doctors office moved to downtown, I don't like driving downtown but went to the office. It's fantastic, nice staff and very helpful. Very nice. Too bad the doctor didn't stay at the old office! Didnt' listen, didn't care, out in under a minute! so now I have 2 reasons not to go back!

Rudest doctor I saw ever! Arrogant and condescending tone and no time to help me and cut off my daughter asking questions, so dismissive.

Never felt like I was inconveniencing a doctor before - but that is exactly how I felt. Dr Filaferro wasn’t interested in my questions on floaters and why they happen, he couldn’t get out of the room fast enough and I couldn’t be more happy to find a new doctor that actually cares.
