He has been my doctor for over 5 years. Never had an issue.

This man is a rude and disgusting person. He literally slapped my buttocks in public in front of people at a prestigious event. He hit me so hard it hurt and he thought it was funny. He’s so inappropriate. I should have reported him back on the day when he was my dr.

He is completely condescending, rude, and simply does not want to help you. He thinks that his opinions is the only one that matters, natural remedies do not exist for him, he wants you out of the room as soon as possible, so he'll prescribe medication immediately, won't do any examination, and dismiss you completely, He has thetaned me twice to find a different Family Physician because I asked questions, he said I have 60 days then told me to have a nice day. He has been my doctor for years and I always dreaded going to see him, cause I knew he didn't't care, he is delusional to think he is the answer to all. I have been to walk-in clinics that were more helpful and attentive then him, he has zero compassion, isn't empathetic, and is disrespectful. I don't care about your degree, treat each individual equally, and stop your arrogance.

Do not go to this doctor. He cares more about his wallet than his patients. He yawns in front of you, he's dismissive, he insults his patients, and worst of all he's not qualified. I have several family members who changed doctors because he is ignorant, insulting and incompetent. He missed my mother's cancer diagnosis simply because he didn't take the time to physically examine her and ask some pertinent questions. If it weren't for his negligence and incompetence she might have still been with us today. So sad that in her final months, she tried to reach this doctor on multiple occasions, only to be ignored. Neither he, nor his staff returned her calls. These are not the actions of a professional doctor who cares about his patients. Simply put, do not put your life/health in the hands of this greedy individual.

I love Dr. Alsaffar. He was my family doctor when I lived in Ottawa, from the age of 13 to 24. I would still be seeing him if I hadn't moved away. One of the best doctors in the area, works like a mad man, oversees nursing homes his family practice, always trying to do more for people. God bless this man.

Arrogant and condescending. Does not take the time to answer questions, acts as though he is being inconvenienced by being asked questions. Message to Dr. Alsaffar, remember your training, most important thing is to serve the patients and be COMPASSIONATE!

My primary issue with Dr. Alsaffar is his complete lack of respect for my time. I know the way Dr. get paid in Ontario so it’s obvious that he sets aside the bare minimum amount of time per appointment and loads his calendar ensuring he gets paid. I’ve never not waited less than 120 minutes for a scheduled appointment - I understand Dr. often run late but this is just a complete slap in the face to make people spend so much of their time waiting AND they have the audacity to have a sign up saying they’ll charge me $25 if I don’t show up... I have a good rapport with him and I believe him to be knowledgeable however my time is just as valuable to me and for that reason I’ll be changing Dr. after today’s appointment.

This doctor is incredibly abusive, rude and arrogant. After I told the doctor that I believed he had misdiagnosed me he spent the rest of the session calling me names and belittling me. I later went to the emergency room and he had in fact misdiagnosed me. Dr. Alsaffar has a clientele based around immigrants and senior citizens that are not aware of Ontario medical laws. I would avoid seeing this Doctor at all costs.
