I have seen Dr. Gladish, since the fall of 2011. I originally went to Dr. Gladish for my headaches and migraines. Come to find out I could hardly turn my head to the right either and because I couldn't turn my head I would turn my body instead. After a couple adjustments I was able to turn my head again. Instead of my headaches and migraines running my life on almost a daily basis, I can now say I can live my life without wondering when they were going to hit me. I might get a headache now maybe once a week and I only get migraines maybe three times a month at the most now. Dr. Gladish has improved my quality of life for the better!

Dr. Gladish and her staff are very friendly and helpful. They always go out of their way to accommodate my needs whether it be with payment, appointment times, or questions in general. Chiropractic has been amazing for me and my health and Dr. Gladish's skill in the field is right on. I like the homey feel the office has with the art work they display and the comfortable chairs they have in the waiting area. My overall experience in the office is always a pleasant one.

I have been going to Dr. Gladish for 3 years and have never felt better. After a few visits to fix lower back pain i now go once a month for maintenance. With other Dr. I have had pain between visits. In the 3 years I have only had pain once between visits and she spent extra time on my back that visit and the pain was gone that day. I am retired(medicare does not cover adjustment) so the only charge i pay is a $40 per visit.

I saw her a total of 3 times. The first time I had immediate relief from some back discomfort. The second time I had to ask her for one of the adjustments that she gave me the first time. The third time she realized they had not done xrays and refused to see me until I had them done. The Xray equipment was very old. It made a really weird and unsettling noise and made the lights flicker when they were taken. She was very abrasive when I asked her why I had to have xrays and that I was feeling apprehensive about getting them. She told me to come back the following day for an adjustment instead of treating me after my xrays. The situation rubbed me the wrong way so I didn't go the following day. Later, I was shocked to see the explanation of benefits in the mail with charges for that date of service for things I never had done! Between her attitude, her dated office and equipment and in my opinion, dishonest insurance billing, I will never go back and will never refer anyone to her.

After a free eval, I was told the charge would be no more than if they participated in my insurance panel. Dr Gladish's staff called my insurance twice and told me they would accept a payment from my insurance of about $50 payment in full. When I discovered my insurance was paying $91.00 they refused to do anything to correct their error. I stated in no uncertain terms that I would not go there if charged $91.00. As soon as they received the payment of $91.00 they should have informed me. But, they gladly continued to accept my ins money for 2 months. I suggested two reasonable ways that Dr Gladish could correct the clearly unethical 'bait and switch' tactic she used to keep me as a patient, but at that time she sent me a letter stating that she could no longer be my chiropractic provider. I still can't believe that she could act in such an unethical manner and not stand behind what her staff told me the charge would be after talking to my insurance company.

Dr.Gladish is an EXCELLENT chiropractor. My family & I have been going to her for years and are very pleased. She always corrects and maintains the health of our spines. She is VERY knowledgeable and capable of treating all conditions. One of the BEST chiropractors I have ever gone to.

At first I thought Dr Gladish was great. She was able to correct my back issues (even though they come back periodicaly) But when my son began seeing her for a soccer injury my oppinion changed. Her treatment plan was exactly the same for him as it was for me even though we had completely different issues. My husband also saw her for a couple adjustments and they were the same as for myself and my son. I think she only knows one thing and treats everyone the same. My son refused to continue to see her after 3 treatments per week for 4 months and no improvement. We found another chiropractor that did a much more thorough evaluation, and continues to evaluate him at each adjustment. His adjustments depend on what he finds that day and not just twist, twist....see you next time. He has not had any pain in two months.
