This surgeon is a criminal! He destroyed my nose and caused necrosis. I will require a flap to get reconstruction now and he is unwilling to compensate me. I would never let him touch my nose again!

Dr. Byrne did my rhinoplasty and septoplasty and said it was guaranteed. This was a big deal to me since it was so expensive. I was not happy with my results- both aesthetically and the fact that I still can’t breathe in through my right nostril AT ALL. He kept telling me to give it time to heal, and then left the practice and the region with no way to contact him!!! My smile is totally messed up, he left a bump in my nose, my nose is still completely off-centered, and I still can’t breathe in through my right nostril.

Staff was courteous and professional. Dr. Byrne was friendly, very patient, and answered any questions that I had. I would recommend the provider/practice for any facial cosmetic needs.

I've had a deviated septum for years and finally made the decision to see a surgeon for these symptoms. When researching, Johns Hopkins ranked top 5 in the nation and it was the closest in my region. I came across Dr. Byrne's bio and decided to make an appointment and turned out to be one of the best decisions I've made. From the first phone call, to meeting the staff/Dr. Byrne and scheduling surgery, everyone was warm and loving. I can now breathe normally. I'd recommend him to anyone. AS

Scam scam scam scam!!!!I had a rhinoplasty done 2 years ago and had a revision done last year. He billed my insurance company $34,000.00 for a revision. Don't make the mistake of giving his staff your insurance information. His office manager is extremely arrogant and rude. They have no concept of follow up after surgery.

I had a rhinoplasty done by him 3 years ago and recently a revision one. I think he did a horrible job. It is not what I asked for. He is self centered and didn't care about me being satisfied with the results. Hate everything about what he did.

I decided to consult with Dr. Byrne for a rhinoplasty procedure. I came to the appt. prepared with many questions and my inquisitive father. I will admit, we were called back about an hour after our appointment time. When Dr. Byrne met with us he did a good job of answering our questions and giving me an honest idea of what kind of results I could expect but it did seem as if he was stretched thin and worn out (meeting was at 7pm) After seeing "morph photos" of the projected result, I scheduled a rhino/septoplasty. Scheduling was a bit stressful as the staff seems to be pretty busy. I recently had the procedure done and I must say I am impressed. Surgery day went very smoothly and I was put at ease. Recovery nurses were great and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Byrne dud check on me post-op. My end result is AMAZING and I am very happy with the results even though I'm still swollen. If you have reasonable expectations and want a natural looking result, Dr. Byrne's the surgeon for you
