I love the staff but the doc. Seems not so interested in treating only in making money!!!!!! He put me on Cumiten a rat poisen blood thinner without telling me what it really is or explaining dietary restrictions my problem was blood clots and am only 30 years old on one occasion i brought my husband in and because he had wrong insurance Dr. Kasseem didn't even speak to him! The staff is wonderful otherwise

Horrible Doctor is such an understatemnt. It can't get any worse than this!! HE'S THAT BAD! He is more concerned about moles and ear wax screwing the providers then listening to his patients. DON'T GO TO THIS DOCTOR. He wanted me to go on a diet pill and remove wax from my ear and I was in there because of chest pains and shortness of breath. I will NEVER go to this docotr again under any circumstances.

THIS MAN SHOULD BE CHARGED WITH FRAUD. HE ORDERED COUNTLESS EKG'S, EAR WASHINGS, MOLE REMOVALS. I KNOW HE DID THIS TO MILK MEDICARE. HE DOES NOT HAVE A CLUE. ONE TIME I WENT IN WITH A PULSE OF 125 AND HE SAID TO ME " DO YOU HAVE ANY MOLES MY DEAR?"CONSTANTLY TELLING ME TO COME BACK IN A WEEK. FOR WHAT? I HAVE A THYROID PROBLEM. HE HAD A NO SMOKING CLASS THAT HE WAS STARTING. WELL WHEN HE CAME INTO THE ROOM HE SMELLED LIKE CIGARETTES. I ASKED HIM IF HE SMOKED AND HE STRAIGHT UP LIED TO ME AND SAID "NO MY DEAR". THEN HE GOES OVER TO THE SINK AND STARTS USING HIS HAND TO PUT WATER INTO HIS MOUTH AND WASHING IT OUT. THE STAFF TOLD ME HE SMOKED. HE HAS FIRED HIS ENTIRE STAFF AND ADDED SOME NEW P.A. AND I GUESS HE IS TRYING TO PUT ON A GOOD SHOW. I HAVE BEEN ON A DRUG FOR TWO YEARS AND HE JUST DECIDED NOT TO PRESCRIBE ANYMORE. HIS GREED WILL CATCH UP WITH HIM. HE SHOULD BE HELD ACOUNTABLE. A LITTLE TOO LATE TO CLEAN UP HIS ACT.HE IS THE GREEDIEST MOST BIZARRE SO CALLED DOCTOR I HAVE EVER MET

He has an extremely kind and gentle manner and is very patient and concerned listening to questions. However, he overcharges for services. It is difficult to get prescriptions from him and he does not give refills, thus forcing patients with cronic conditions to come in more often than should be necessary. This forces those on limited incomes to incur added expenses for frequent visits. He often comes in to work late, sometimes two hours after the first appointment causing everyone to be late. For those who have to work, and take time off for appointments, this also causes lost time and wages.

I was admitted in the hospital. He was my primary doctor. He said the same thing to me. "Everything is fine my dear." My heart rate dropped to 29 while I was sleeping and no one could figure out why. When I was discharged I called his office to see if he was going to continue the medicine I was on in the hospital. He went out of the country and his staff told me I would have to wait until he came back a month later.

Dr. is never there on time. staff has to call him constantly to get him to work.. sent me for a ton of tests with no real plan.. never once did any checking of my personaly other that listening to my lungs once (4 visits)wont tell you anything but "everything is ok my dear" I am findning new Dr as soon as Monday gets here.. actually had former staff say that it was "an accident waiting to happen"
