The front office lady was AWEFUL. Had no knowledge of the process for acutane and the Ipledge program. The office is over booked and is closed two days a week. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT come here.

Front staff is not helpful at all, downright rude at times. Long time patient, but after a visit today (which never happened) when I found the office door locked on arrival and the appointment scheduled at exactly the time they leave for lunch, I will never go back, ever. An office that does not take the time to be courteous and work with their patients is not a place I want to be. Dr. Jordan may be a nice guy and good at what he does, but his staff is seriously lacking in basic patient relations. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

The girl at the front desk was very unfriendly. She must be the doctor's daughter, or girlfriend to keep her job. The doctor removed a oil cyst from my back to only have it return (which is not suppose to happen if done properly) When I made a appointment to have it removed again ,he canceled my appointments twice. Oh yeah! he has his dog roaming around the same room he is removing my cyst in.What happened to sterile medical rooms?

I have had biopsys done two years in a row here. BOTH times they did not call me back with the results! Each time after a few weeks went by and called to see if the results were in. I was told, "it takes time, don't call us we will call you." Trying to be polite and patient, I waited two months. Finally I went by and found out the results were in and was told, "Didn't the nurse call you?" I thought the first time was an honest mistake. I would caution anyone from using this Doctor since a negative result, means you want to get treatment for a cancer as quickly as possible. I echo the previous reports of "angry" or indifferent staff.

Dr is good, his staff is terrible. We have had to wait over an hour to be seen. The staff appears nice enough...until you question them on anything. Then they are rude and high handed and WILL NOT LET YOU ASK THE DOCTOR HIMSELF. EVEN AFTER BEING A PATIENT FOR A LONG TIME, THEY TELL YOU YOU ARE NO LONGER WELCOME.How can the DR. be so unaware of how his staff treats people?

Doctor is very good, and dedicated, but the front counter is a concern.

The front office staff feign friendliness, but the veneer quickly vanishes if any sort of concern is expresed. I have found Dr. Jordon to be undependable and much too nonchalant about my care.

My family has been going to Dr. Jordan for 10 years. We are so thankful to have him as our dermatologist. He is always very open and helpful. He not only treats us, he takes time to educate us about skin health so that we will have the information we need to make good decisions about our future treatments. He is very helpful to patients who do not have insurance coverage. We always feel like we have been extremely well taken care of when we leave. I have sent several friends to his office and they have all thanked me. I highly recommend Dr. Jordan and think he is a great asset to Ventura.

Incredibly poor front desk / billing. Asked patient to leave for being "late" due not having paper work done within 10 minutes of appointment time -- a previous / existing patient. "No we need the whole form every time and not just the areas highlighted in yellow." Very unhelpful & poor knowledge ratings earned by the doctor as a result of the patient to being turned away!
