Dr Strickland is extremely knowledgeable in what he does. I will always trust his word on any thing to do with my health or my pregnancies. I have been his patient for 10 years now! He will always have a special place in my heart. He’s a amazing DR.

I was having a good experience until i told him i was stressed out and was going from house to house and he recommends adoption.. i have already lost a child at 9 months why would i give up my child. i may not have a stable environment but i will before my child gets here. Also he told me to leave my boyfriend, he only checked the heartbeat and sent me on my way.. needless to say i feel negligence on his part. I'm struggling but so does everyone, I'm not gonna give my child away because I'm struggling for money. My child will have more than i ever have.

Dr. Strickland and his staff are wonderful. My pregnancy was normal until week 35 when it was discovered that my baby was small for dates, and I began seeing Dr. Strickland weekly and was advised that I'd be induced at 38 weeks. At 37 weeks after a non stress test with poor results Dr. Strickland sent me straight to the hospital where he performed an emergency c-section. It turns out that not only was the umbilical cord not working properly, but it was around my baby's neck. If I would've gone into labor or been induced as planned there's a good chance I would've lost my baby, I know in my heart that Dr. Strickland saved my son's life. Throughout my pregnancy Dr. Strickland made me feel very confidant that myself and my baby were in good hands, and my son's birth is proof that I was right. I will recommend Dr. Strickland to everyone who needs an ob/gyn.

Absolutely love Dr. Strickland and Dr. Brock (I've never seen Dr. Gowen). This is my 3rd pregnancy with Dr. Strickland and I wouldn't even consider seeing another doctor. He is always very helpful, as is his staff. He also has a great sense of humor and a very upbeat personality. I really can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Strickland and his staff!

I moved in the middle of a difficult pregnancy following a miscarriage and an ectopic pregnancy. Early on I had to have progesterone to stop miscarriage. Moved down here and saw a dr in jesup who told me that I was too large to have a csection in Jesup. I felt awful. Tried to schedule with other providers who told me I was too far along even though I had constantly been under dr's care. Dr. Strickland took me immediately. He made me feel much better about being large and having a c-section. He helped me through pre-eclampsia and we had to have my baby girl by emergency c-section at 36 weeks. She was rushed to Memorial NICU b/c of her lungs and Dr. Strickland released me the next day early so that I could go be with her. He checked on me by calling me every day. If my husband and I were going to have another baby, he would be our only choice. His humor is wonderful and I think he has a great bedside manner.

Wonderful Doctor. Went to him with my first pregnancy after being referred by my reproductive endocrinologist. After trying to get pregnant for two years and finally did, I began seeing Dr. Strickland. I had a very difficult pregnancy and Dr. Strickland found that at 10 weeks I had an incopentent cervix, something that is never discovered until miscarriage. He performed an emergency cerclage at 14 weeks and saved my baby boy's life. At 34 weeks was admitted into hospital with hypertension. Dr Strickland, Dr Brock and Dr. Gowen checked on me daily. I went into labor on my own and Dr. Strickland, and Dr. Gowen were in the operating room with me. When my baby was born at 35 weeks we had to be moved to a NICU facility for underdeveloped lungs. Dr. Strickland called and texted me daily for updated on me and my son. I have just discovered I am pregnant with baby number two naturally and will go to no other doctor. He is the greatest!!!

Dr. Strickland has delivered both of my children (with very complicated pregnancies), completed a tubal ligation and endometrial ablation. He's very knowledgeable, patient and compassionate. He has a great sense of humor - which my husband and I love - and his entire staff is fantastic. I honestly could not be happier with my OB/GYN team.
