this doctor provided a poor result and showed zero empathy when I was concerned about it. He did offer to redo the surgery at no cost but it is difficult to go under the knife that scarred you. (badly)

He is an excellent doctor. Makes you very comfortable. He uses older technology and mostly deals with older patients for glaucoma and things of the like but I'm only 20 and he was still very thorough and helpful.
