Dr. CHANG IS THE BEST DERMATOLOGIST IN THE WORLD! I've been seeing him for years. He saved my life. His staff are wonderful & extremely knowledgeable.

I have been a patient of Dr. Chang's for many years. I have found him to be knowledgeable and caring. I have never waited more than 10 minutes past the time of my appointment. His support staff is friendly and helpful. Being outdoors most of my life, I have had several Mohs surgeries and have no noticeable scarring. My routine checkups are thorough and taken care of in a timely manner. His support staff, especially Ms. Jamie Barnard, are knowledgeable, helpful and skilled. I have recommended this office to several of my friends and we all agree that this is a doctor and staff who care about their patients and will go the extra mile whenever the situation calls for it. Highly recommend.

My experience with this office can only be described as poor
My appointment was to see the doctor but instead I was seen by a PA
This was disappointing but it gets better. I asked about a small blemish. The PA said it was nothing but asked if I wanted it removed anyway. I said no. A minute later she asked me again are you sure you don't want me to remove that? it'll only take a half a second. I said ok. I received a $150 bill for the 1/10th sec. nitrous squirt.
I made four phone calls to this office requesting an adjustment.
I finally received a phone call from Dr. Chang. He said he understands but buyer beware and refused to offer any credit.

Dr Chang saved my life! He's the best Doctor in the world.

This doctor misdiagnosed my condition. As things worsened I was prescribed a different medication with possible severe side effects. As those side effects worsened I suggested that maybe i should go off the Med. The Physician Assistant said she wouldn't recommend that. By the way, after the first visit the only time I saw Dr. Chang was when I demanded it. No biopsy or culture was ever taken. I went for a second opinion and after an immediate culture and biopsy it was discovered I did not have the condition Dr. Chang treated me for. Stay away from this Doctor.

I called twice regarding insurance, both times they said I was covered. I received a bill, called and they where so rude and denied ever saying that. My Aunt had the same experience . They now want to put us both in collections.

be prepared to wait..........i'm not talking a little while...if your appointment is in the morning with Dr. Depula...bring lunch..cause you're going to be there long after lunch....extreme wait time...almost reason to seek another Doctor.....don't believe me, make an appointment, see for yourself....BE PREPARED TO WAIT....

Dr. Chang is extremely knowledgeable, professional and thorough. I always feel comfortable going to see him and I trust his recommendations with my health. It is very hard to find good doctors like him, that care about patients and will take the time to listen to them and make the best choices for their health and their wallet. If only I could find an internal medicine doctor that was like this.

I am very impressed with Dr. Chang. He is knowledgeable, current and informed. His staff is pleasant and helpful. But, the waiting time is consistently not punctual. Bring a good book and be prepared to wait - I generally will take the day off from work and make sure I have no pressing appointments. Being flexible is imperative but his skill and knowledge is worth the wait.
