Dr. Brisco has been taking excellent care of me, my 2 daughters, and my husband for over 15 years. I have a very high prescription and a "lazy eye", and she has prescribed contact lenses that allow me to see clearly and comfortably. She always remembers the special nature of our family's eyes, and gives us choices between prescription medications and homeopathic eye drops when we have an eye infection or allergies. We really appreciate her knowledge and professionalism. Our daughters love coming to see Dr. Brisco and Mitra, and sometimes they don't want to leave! We trust her with our eyes, we tried another doctor closer to home once, and we had problems with our prescriptions, so we are lifers here!

Wow, never been to an eye doctor that tries to push products on you and just sell you everything she has in her cabinet. I am upset and feel she is all about money. I would not go back. Save your money and go see another doctor

Dr Brisco seems capable, but the office staff failed to bill my insurance carrier after several tries. They waited until after the time limit for a timely insurance filing to submit my claim. They then aggressively threatened me to pay the bill which they had told me they would submit to my carrier on four occasions. The did not get the insurance claim filed for 21 months. After they received the claim denial because of lack of timely filing, they re-submitted a false claim within two weeks to my insurance company with a date of service that would have been within the timely filing period. I believe they deliberately filed the revised claim with an inaccurate date of service in an attempt to be paid because they knew they had dropped the ball. They have now taken me to collections and I have had to take the case to Los Angeles City Supervising Attorney Charles Gildenberg, responsible for fraud and corruption. We may be reading about Dr Brisco in the newspaper soon.

I have been going to Holly wood vision center for few years and I have alwayes come back stisfied ,they have the most advance equipment and most knowledgable Dr and very good staff, I found that their eye glasses are beautiful very high end and more reasonable price. Vivia Holly wood vision center

Dr. Brisco was knowledgeable, compassionate and caring. Her office is beautiful and professional and the lady who answered the phone, also answered all my questions. I have been seeing blurry for years, and thought that was the best I could see. Dr. Brisco gave me the best contact lenses I've ever had, and now I don't need reading glasses over my contact lenses anymore! She is a holistic doctor that incorporates wellness care into her recommendations, and gave me some eye exercises to strengthen my focusing ability. She also discussed diet and supplements that benefit my eye health. The family and co-workers that referred me all spoke highly of the Hollywood Vision Center, and I am very pleased that I am under their care.

Wow. I'm surprised how much all but one reviewer are unanimous. These guys treated me terribly. The first time I came in the office, I did a 3 hour eye exam. At first I thought they were being thorough, but that wasn't it. They didn't know what they were doing! Why? They had me come in 5 TIMES to make sure they had the correct prescription. Each time, they told me to come back until the lenses and glasses were ready. They weren't just inefficient, but overpriced, and unfriendly. AND THEY GOT MY PRESCRIPTION WRONG! The last time I went in, I had an argument with one of the employees who insisted that my prescription was correct. I told her that the contact lenses she gave me did not allow me to see well on my right eye. I told her I would never come back.

This is a horrific place, they take the money and then yyou get no service just a string of excuses. "I never got you message...teee heee hee, that the glasses you paid for 3 months ago are ready. But oh they aren't ready" Then finally you get them and they are scratched and slipshod put together. Dr. Elise Brisco fire your staff before your reputation is blindly gone.
