Don't see this doctor. Dr Boo Hin Khoo made me feel so embarrassed and ashamed, and I still don't have any idea what is going on with me. His prognosis was that I am overweight and need to do more cardio "Today's a nice day to start walking" - this comment was made after I told him I go to the gym and have an active lifestyle. Absolutely rude and didn't believe that there is anything wrong with me.

I had an appointment I was 10 minutes early, did paper work then waited, waited forty minutes later he called me in, "what is the problem" I think I have either Bronchitis or recurrence of Asthma, as I couldn't get in to see a Doctor yesterday I have taken some over the counter medicine, as per recommendation, as heavy coughing, a temperature etc, was told " do you always take what people tell you too take" go home and go to bed until you feel better! The rudeness of this Dr, I do not know how he got his licence!!

Took my daughter to see him as I couldn't get another one, she has been having debilitating headaches to the point she is being sent home from school. He basically told me that because she was ok it was all in my head and there is nothing wrong with her even after showing him photos of how she has been and that other people have seen her. Have also sent off a written complaint.

The rudest doctor I've ever encountered. I took my autistic daughter to see him as our usual doctor was booked out. The way he spoke to her was degrading. I was shocked. I was so angry and I stormed out and went to the reception counter and told the admin staff. Another patient overheard my conversation and said he was rude to her as well. He has so many reviews saying the same thing I don't know why he is still employed there. Maybe they can't get anyone else?

I’ve never been to a worse doctor than this one. Zero/negative empathy, dismissive, very condescending, repetitive question that he should’ve been listening to already and when I answer him repeatedly, he talked to me like a child who has not answered any of his very same question. He also treated me like I was lying about my presenting symptoms of my illness that has already been diagnosed by a specialist prior. I was only forced to see this doctor because there was no one else available that day. From the very beginning he also talked to me like I was his unpaid servant. Not polite and has a stern manner, “Close the door.” “Take it off (the blood pressure cuff after he’s done my BP)”, “Turn (my head to the side but then pushes my head with his hand a little to roughly)”, “I can prescribe you a medication if you really believe that (if what I’m experiencing is true)”, “well what else do you do you want from me? (After he handed me prescription and pathology request form and I was sitting there waiting for him to say that was all for his consultation)”, “K, bye (without looking up from his computer).” Honestly, I don’t see how he is still in practice and keeps patients. Maybe he just prefers to be respectful to certain types of people?

If this man is a surgeon he should stay a surgeon. He is genuinely the rudest, most uncaring doctor I've ever met. I don't think he actually believes mental illness is a real thing, to be honest. I can only recommend he returns to surgery where his patients will be unconcious and never know how awful he is to deal with.

Waited over an hour past appointment time for him to just shrug me of, was so upset when I left will never go back to see him. Extremely rude and arrogant.

Worst doctor I've ever been too. Had the flu for about a week and told him what I've done to prevent it. He then said 'what do you want me to do about?' Rude and arrogant prick. Has no sympathy what so ever. Not surprised by all the bad reviews hes gotten.

The worst doctor I have ever encountered. I took my autistic daughter to see him the way he spoke to her and treated her was like dirt. He had no understanding or empathy for a special needs child. I was honestly shocked. I said to the office staff about how rude he was. Other patients waiting heard me and said they have encountered his rudeness
