I have low back spinal issues, Failed back surgery syndrome. (L5/S1)
Doctor Lepis only believes that all spinal issues are resolved by the trio of Neurontin , Gabapentin, Cymbalta, if those meds don't fix or help you, then its ALL you, (the patients) fault, hard stop. In my situation, I'm allergic to two of those meds and they closed up my throat. This is when I saw the real problem with this uncompassionate and uncaring doctor. The best thing I did after 10 months of torture from this man, was to get away from him, and find more professional treatment. And that happened almost immediately, with a little bit of patience.. If you require anything different than the trio of meds i mentioned above, Dr Lepis is NOT your man. Keep looking, its easy to find better more compacinate docs for real.

Office staff are very rude and totally lacking any compassionate. Dr is rude and talks so fast you can't think straight.

I came to Dr Lepis a few yrs ago with numerous arthritis issues basically in tears. He has totally given me back my quality of life! To anyone claiming he is rude or uncaring, that is the biggest load of BS ive ever read. You will not find a nicer more carrying dr than him! I always recommend him to everyone. He AND his staff are awesome!

Dr. Lepis is a compassionate caring man. He takes his time with each patient and finds the root of the problem and solves it. He is such a sweet man, I am lucky to have him as my doctor.

Saw DR.Lepis for 2 years. He performed numerous procedures and none of them helped relieve my pain. He saw other doctors during that time period and finally I found another pain management doctor that diagnosed my problem correctly and eliminated my pain with one procedure.
