This is not my regular doctor. I saw her when I had a severe allergic reaction and I thought the location was for urgent care. She gave me a hard time - she did not want to help me because I had not followed some protocol and contacted my GP first before going to urgent care. Eventually she agreed to help me (it would have been rather sticky from an ethical point of view to turn away someone in that condition. ). The medication worked so no complaints on that end.

Doctors should really be on your team - this one isn't. The only pro's to this doctor is that her office is easy to get to, and conviently located for me. I've gone for a few appointments and this is my feedback about her: 1) She is always late for appointments. If you are late, she charges you. 2) She never once remembered who I was until half way through the appointment. 3) Both times I had to see a specialist, she sent me to her close friend doctors - both of whom had the bedside manor of cranky 2 year olds. 4) She is not knowledgeable for a G.P. She wasn't even aware that Aciphex had well known withdrawal symptoms. I only found out after researching on my own - after she put me through a number of tests and procedures! 5) She is impossible to get on the phone. She always asks you to come in for another appointment, so she can get more money, even if its inconvenient for you. You have a choice in doctors - and there are so many that are better than Dr. Buddeberg.

The staff is uninterested and not engaging, not friendly at all. I called for an appointment and they didnt call back until the end of the day. On another occasion I called an left a message for an appointment and they never called back. Dr dismisses medical needs as if its just one of those things. I know my body, I think I know when something is out of the norm. I dont trust this doctor with my health but I dont really have another alternative at the moment

I have found that Dr. Buddeberg is unhelpful, and her staff is rude. They don't seem to help squeeze someone in need in or ensure that the doctor will call you back. I will likely be changing doctors.

I do like Dr Buddeberg but at times I feel she is talking at me using very technical terminology rather than to me in simple English. Even though I have on occasion asked her to breakdown the information for me so that I can understand her. Dr Buddeberg is very pleasant, however, she is not approachable. You need to make a list of all your questions before you sit down with her.

I think what I have to say will bridge the gap between the people who love her and the ones who really didn't. First of all, She is very punctual. I've never waited more than 5 min. past my appointment time. She is very thorough, doing a head to toe rundown with you. What some people may not like though, is that she is very efficient. She'll make small talk with you while she's working, but she's not going to sit there and chew the fat with you like the good old country doctors of yesteryear, who, by the way, always kept me waiting at least a half hour. Her practical and efficient nature (she's German) may come off as cold to some people, but what I care about is that she knows what she's doing, and my health is in good hands. I feel like that's the case. If what you want from a doctor is to get in, get out, get what you need, then she's the one. If you want someone that treats you more like a friend than a patient, then you may want to look elsewhere.

Dr. Buddeberg is great! Very knowledgeable, sincere, and honest. She sincerely apologizes when you've been waiting awhile. Yet she never seems rushed even when she's running behind with her patients. She always provides you with the utmost attention and care. The best doctor I've ever had.

I really like Dr. Buddeberg. One of the best family doctors I have had. She is always on-time. She takes the time to talk with me and seems to have a good memory for details from our discussions on previous visits. She is straight forward and honest.
