Good doc. Poorly run, uncooperative office. I liked him

I am a dentist who faxed Dr. Lieberman with some questions concerning a mutual patient. He returns a highly detailed 3 pg letter concerning every aspect of this patient's health history. Then he happily gives me a telephone tutorial on A-Fib and anticoagulation therapy. This guy is awesome! If I wasn't happy with my present physician, I would beg him to accept me as a new patient.
