Doctor Coats has flat out neglected my mother. He is constantly away from the office and completely forgot to fill out my mother's disability paperwork. Because of his blunder my mother is now homeless and without money to pay for food or medicine. When informed he didn't even have the decency to speak to us himself, and instead let his lying staff intervene with statements of "We'll have him call you." Or "We'll tell him right away." Or flat out lying about when he would be in, neither of which they followed through on. His treatment of his patients is down right disgusting, lacking human decency and sympathy. Not to mention he never gives advice or instructions for his diagnosis, merely leaves it to the patient to figure it out themselves! Awful!
