DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR! His staff is inept. His office manager is unresponsive-she might be his wife or grandmother. I couldn't get an answer on scheduling surgery. So my condition is worse and I have to see another doctor. Big waste of time and money! DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR.

Dr.Lugger is a great surgeon . I have had 2 surgeries this summer w/ him...very pleased. He works with you on what you want. Very honest man and that is what you should look for in a dr. Highly recommended!

Not helpful at all. Paid in full before surgery, six months later, still hasn't reported to deductable. Rude staff, all seem to be new.
