Also, I needed a prescription refilled and she said that the drug was a controlled substance. absolutely false. I would fire her For telling such lies to a patient. After I stated that she was wrong, she said that we are all entitled to our own opinions. I told her that my medical needs are to be based on science and not opinions. I left and informed the receptionist that I would find another practice. I'm sorry Dr. Jack, but I can't let her be involved in my medical needs. I have too many severe medical issues for such an inept person to base treatment on her stupid opinions. I would have cancelled. His office staff is terrible there is a nurse there who is very violent and aggressive to you

I have been seeing Dr. Heneisen for about four years and have always been very pleased with my care. He is an excellent doctor and has a great staff, especially the nurses. He takes the time to listen and doesn't send you through a bunch of tests unless really needed.

Covers all medical needs in each visit without rushing the patient through. The staff is pleasant to work with and have excellent knowledge.
