Dr Weinstock is great! Very personable and Knowledgeable, takes his time with his patients. His support staff are all great too, explaining what tests they are doing and they are all very calm and gentle (including the Dr.) Reception can be not as gentle.

I felt something wrong with one of my eyes, I called the clinic and they booked for the earliest date possible (just 2-3 business days), Doctor Moss checked me in the end and referred me to the Retina Specialist. I'm having an appointment and am sure I'll not be disappointed.

I was referred by ER and satisfied by the team. They are professional and humanity. I was a bit scared and nervous my illness while waiting. The staff clamed me down and Dr Weinstock came to check on me from time to time when he get the patient in his office.

The staff was excellent and very welcoming, however, Dr Moss Weinstock was very rude and did not give enough time to listen to me...he seemed to be in a big rush to see as many patients as he can to bill OHIP. This is definitely against the norms and I would request Dr Weinstock to book only enough patients whom he can easily manage (instead of rushing through and giving an impression that patients need to vacate the their seat for the next one inline). Hope things improve as it is my tax money that Dr Moss Weinstock and his staff thrives on.

I was at ER last Sat ( March 11) due to eyes infection. Dr. Weinstock’s clinic called me at 7:50 am this morning ( March 13) , they have received the report from ER and asked me to go in asap. I was told to sit in a separate waiting area to avoid spreading my infection to other patients. I appreciate their precautions.
This clinic runs efficiently and treats patients with respect. Dr, Weinstock is well manner , pleasant and knowledgeable.

I stopped going for vision tests due to glaucoma .. staff is not patient and Dr is too abrupt!

Excellent environment and friendly staff . Efficiently managed and should be a model for other medical clinics. Dr. Weinstock is very professional, kind and upbeat. Thorough in his examination and very reassuring. Gives you time for questions and ensures you do.
I will remember him and highly recommend him to others as I wish I knew of him years before.

Dr Weinstock is lack of patience to regular consultation; maybe it’s not his priority except for cataract surgeries.

Dr. Moss Weinstock must be one of the most capable ophthalmologist around. The office is run like clock works. I would say I have never been to a physician or medical office that’s so efficient. My wife and me have cataract surgeries last year and we are very satisfied with his work.
