Dr. Isakov is a poor excuse for a doctor. She doesn’t listen and has a very poor understanding of my health issues. I was told by a specialist that I have congestive heart failure that she never told me to my face. She made snarky remarks to me and now I’m so much worse now than when I had my first appointment with her. Everything I read about her in her bio, to me, is a lie.

Absolutely the worst doctor I have seen in years. I've spent time in and out of hospitals and Dr's offices my entire life. I have cystic fibrosis and received a double Lung Transplant at Musc 6 years ago so trust me when I say to look elsewhere. I recently came down with COVID 19 and she refused to send a prescription over to the infusion lab for a monoclonal antibody therapy. Talk about a Dr that does not care about her patients. Im having to drive several hours instead of doing it local because of her decision.

I am in tears as I am writing this. I was In search of a Doctor who would listen and help me with problems- this is how I started my conversation with her. Every problem I brought up she dismissed. I brought a list of things to discuss and when I was on my third thing she literally got up and said I’m going to get some tests and I’ll see you in three months. I am so disgusted and upset please for your own health never go to this doctor.

Dr. Isakov is rude and insensitive to the pain of her patients. I decided to make an appointment with the first that was available as soon as possible due to the intensity of my pain and because I knew that I would not be able to take that pain for another 8 hours in the emergency room. First of all, Dr. Isakov gave me a wrong diagnosis. I had a suspicion that it might be appendicitis, and I am aware that this should be treated as an emergency due to the lethal consequences if not acted upon in time. Apparently I am more aware of this than the doctor herself, since she was ignoring my request to do a CT scan to check it, and according to her, it could not be that because my pain was very widespread at the abdominal level. This literally could have cost me my life. Isn't one or two symptoms of something so serious enough for a doctor to dig deeper to make sure the patient is not at risk? Does Dr. Isakov know that if the appendicitis has already perforated the pain expands? She apparently doesn't know. She sent me home after doing blood and urine tests. The diagnosis was "intestinal infection". She gave me an injection for the pain (because I asked for it) and she told me that she would see me again in three days to see how I was doing. After I went home, she had changed her mind and called me to say that she would do a CT scan for me (but since she still thought she didn't have it, they scheduled it for the next day). And so it was, for the next day, and to her surprise, the result was appendicitis, and by that time it had already ruptured. Fortunately God wanted to compensate me by putting one of the best surgeons in my path, otherwise I wouldn't know if I would be telling the story.

Has someone verified this person's credentials? 90 yr old client referred to primary care after falling in the lobby of the hospital and the patients primary doctor was out of the office. Falsified blood pressure by the nurse asked to be verified by the doctor, who it turns out, doesnt know how to obtain a blood pressure with a cuff and stethescope.
If your friends and family go to this doctor, I highly recommend they obtain an excellent life insurance policy, as they will never receive life saving care from this crew. Shockingly, the medical practice could care less as I see comments dating back three years and nothing has improved.

Burned out doctor. Miserable person, poor physician who doesn't listen and obviously hates her work. Probably continues to practice for the money and if she retired she would be forced to spend more time with herself. I'm sure the Christmas office party is a real hoot; staff probably try to hang themselves from the Mistletoe.

The doctor sat with her back facing me. She was told that I was seeking a PCP and that I needed a physical. She did no lipid, liver, or kidney labs. She did not understand treating thyroid based on symptoms. If thyroid labs are in the established normal range, she will not help you even if you explain that there is a significant change in lab results compared to earlier labs when you felt better. She does not deliver patient-centered care and she did not want to hear anything from me. She wanted to keep moving. The staff insisted that I had to pay for my visit even though my insurance told me the visit was covered 100%. They ended up being paid twice and it took additional time and energy and 2 weeks before the money was returned to me. I have never been mistreated by a doctor as I was at this visit. I decided I will not pay to be mistreated by a doctor and went elsewhere. Too bad that my first experience with Anmed made me decide to stay clear and not look back. I was optimistic about the prospects of working with Anmed as I understood they were a Magnet Hospital.

Her manner is unwelcoming. She doesn't listen. Her first words to me about my fibromyalgia were. You know there is nothing we can do about it. She doesn't listen to you. She doesn't even give you a chance to ask questions. Your only a number. I will be looking for another dr. One that cares enough to listen to her patients. I have a fear of doctors. I get very nervous. I told her this from the start. I comforting words at all from her. Just ratttled off questions and I don't think she really heard what I told her. I have only seen her twice. And the same thing. No caring or compassion.

I agree with the first two commenters. The wait in the office is undoubtedly the longest I've ever encountered. At my first ever appointment with her, she literally walked into the room, plopped onto her stool, slapped me on the knee and said "you have bell's palsy, kiddo!" this was based on my conversation with her medical assistant. She did more tests whatsoever to confirm the diagnosis and continued to be dismissive of me for six months. When I finally asked for a referral to a neurologist, her response was "fine, but there's nothing they will tell you that I can't. There's nothing we can do." With a problem like mine, seeing her was absolutely the worst thing I could have done. She left me feeling hopeless at each visit, and caused me to waste precious months that I could have gotten treatment elsewhere. But I believed her.
