Dr. Mayors is a very polite and nice doctor. However, every time I had an appointment he was 45 minutes late even when I was the first appointment of the day including the day of my surgery. I also had to put a $300.00 deposit down on my surgery (not my copay) a month before my surgery. It has been a month and a half since the surgery and I still have not received my deposit back. The lady in the billing department who handles the repayment has not returned phone calls and been very short when I have asked her about my situation. Overall I am unsatisfied with my experience.
