Good luck seeing Griff, or one of the other 2 Dr.'s listed on their website! I could only see a NP who misdiagnosed the serious problem I was having, leading to further problems. When I tried to call for biopsy results, their phone line went straight to after hours message for 2 business days straight.

Terrible, wants to leave the room before he even enters.. never showed up for my first appointment at 8-30 am on the day... desk said he was not coming in .. they never called me to tell me... he was not going to be at work.. lost 3 hours... never got credit for my lost time. Re booked another appointment he prescribed a crème for dermatitis and ran away. Fast forward 1 year and 3 WEEKS. I called my pharmacy to get another tube of crème.. 10 tubes left on script.. only used 1 in a year.. script expired.. pharmacy called GRIFFS office to renew script they refused.. The office wanted me to come in and pay 60 dollars to renew script.!!! 3 weeks only after script expired never used 10 of 11 tubes. Money grubbing office and doctor Griff. Wow 60 dollars.. what did my wasted 3 hours to a no show doctor cost me .. Stay away from Dr GRIFF.!!

Having gone to Dr. Griff for several years now, I have found him and his staff to be receptive to me and knowledgeable. I must disagree with the previous opinion on his staff and office. His staff is friendly and courteous and his office, while not the most modern looking is clean and neat.

He is very pleasant and appears to be extremely knowledgeable but his staff is uncaring and downright rude at the front desk. I heard them 'reprimand ' a patient who asked a question. That incident alone made me never return. Also his office and location remind me of a motel 6; very cheap and run down.

Dr. Griff found a melanoma and I will be forever grateful. He is kind and caring. He takes the time to answer all your questions. He is knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him. I have been going to him for over 5 years.
