I was referred to this doctor by my PCP to read the results of an MRI that I had weeks before. My husband came with me and we waited what seemed like hours but it was broken up by the time it took to get the attention of the staff, have them tell me I didn't have an appointment, then check again when I insisted that my doctor's office made the appointment. They found my appointment, gave me a packet to fill out even though I was in their system and they wanted to know why I was there. I told them I was there to get the results of my MRI, Then, we sat and waited. When Dr. Pomorska finally entered the exam room, she did say "hello" and asked why I was there! I told her that I was there to get the results of my MRI. She asked if I brought them with me! she then went to the computer and we sat and watched her work on the computer for what seemed like an eternity but was probably only about 5 to 10 minutes. When I started to ask a question, she snapped at me and told me to be quiet while she looked up my file. Finally, she informed me that there was no indication in my file that an MRI was done and acted like I made it up. She was very curt, offered no suggestions how to resolve this issue and basically told me that she couldn't help me and basically let us know tht we wasted HER TIME. Both my husband and I were dumbfounded, frustrated and annoyed. When I contacted my PCP, I was told that the films were sent over to this doctor's office. This office insisted they never got them, but neither office looked for them. My PCP suggested I have another MRI done! I fear what her diagnosis would have been if she had seen my films! Her demeanor was that of a confused, frazzled individual who didn't have a clue what she was doing.

I waited for LITERALLY an hour while the doctor, who did not have any other patients, ate her lunch from 12:25pm until 1:25pm, even though I had a 12:30pm appointment. She made me feel uncomfortable, and when I asked questions, she told me to ask my primary, even though she was prescribing meds! She kept repeating the same thing over and over, even when I told her I did that and it didn't work. She criticized me, and questioned my medical issues and what medications I'm taking. She told me that I needed to get off meds, and when I asked which ones, she again told me to ask my primary. Could barely understand her through her accent as well!
