Dr. Luy is the most caring and concerned doctor I have ever seen. He really focuses on ensuring long-term well-being and not just fixing your current problem and pushing you out the door like some doctors do. Anyone who visits him will likely not want to go anywhere else after being spoiled by his kind bedside manner and wealth of knowledge.

Dr. Luy made a mistake in re-filling one of my prescription medications. When I brought his mistake to his attention he refused to admit or apologize for it. When I requested he reimburse me for the medication he became angry and quite hostile. He then withdrew from my care citing my lack of compliance with his "orders". His arogant attitude regarding the doctor-client relationship is regretable.
