Dr. Menon is a kind and very knowledgeable doctor. He will also put your fears at ease and uses a balanced approach in treatment. I know I am in good hands when I have my colonoscopy.

Have been using Doctor Menon for many years, he is a very good doctor, but the new receptionist is not meeting expectations.

I required an emergency ERCP due to gall stones. Dr Menon was the doctor the hospital emergency room involved. Dr Menon explained everything clearly, answered questions, was confidence inspiring and was a decent person - he put my mind to ease. Surgery was successful. Nurses liked and recommended him. Definitely recommended.

When dealing with the girl on the phone Rachel - she is really efficient, polite, and understanding. When I needed an appointment and she asked me for my reasoning she was understanding to give me the next available appointment. I know with specialist offices they can get quite busy especially during these times. She has always been able to help me when I need to speak with Dr. Menon and not many offices can do that I can tell you that. Some reviews are very quick to judge which is quite ill in my opinion as doctor's offices are very busy these days. Dr. Menon is always amazing to me and his care is always fair and always professional. Definitely recommend - and worth the wait!

Good luck getting nnew secretary to answer the phone..... I can see many people dying before having a chance to be seen by this specialist thanks to their very poor service. I have been his patient for many years but have no choice but to find a new doctor who cares enough to hire staff to help better. I dont know what else to do to get call backs anymore....... very sad. Dr Menons very kind so this is very unfortunate and i do not believe these other recent reviews or else i will have to take my experiences this year personally which is not fair

Dr. Menon and his staff are so polite! Had such a great appointment with him and Rachel the administrator was able to answer all the questions I had. She was very professional and had amazing mannerism. They are a busy clinic dealing with multiple patients I would presume and with how much patience they have with their patients I could only imagine. Very professional, amazing and wonderful clinic! Keep up the good work!

My doctor referred to Dr Krishna Menon several months ago. I even tried contacting their office with several voice emails. No one ever bothers even to return a call for someone who was referred to them several months ago.

Worst and pathetic service by the office or receptionist. I suppose they are running a medical business and not charity so as to ignore people from returning a response.

I cannot rate below 1 star else I would have already done.
