I must agree with the previous reporter on the Pasadana office, you would have had a better experience at the Glendale office. Dr John Osterkamp has treated both myself and my daughter for many years and we find him to be very knowledgable and compassionate about his patients.

This office was awful! The staff does not answer the phone and there is no way to leave a message. The doctor & staff ignore or dismiss patients' concerns. The dr entered the office not aware of my daughter's problem!? I had called all week and couldn't speak to anyone. HE is only availale 2 afternoons a week and runs very late. But they will reschedule you if 20 minutes late. I will never return and tell many not to go.
