Worst Doctor I have seen. Waited an hour for appointment and would have walked out had I not waited so long. Rude, arrogant and actually cracked a joke when I asked him to repeat what he had said. Asked my primary Doctor to never refer me to this Doctor again. Avoid at all cost.

Doctor didn't spend any time with me. He hurt the inside of my nose and told me to use nasal rinses which gave me terrible headaches. The billing staff is even worse and doesn't care about your health just money for their terrible services.

I took my daughter to Tralla (won't call him Dr.) when she was 10 yrs old because of nasality. He saw $ signs. She did NOT need an adenoidectomy, but because we asked if she needed it, he said that her adenoids were big & needed to come out (after looking at her for about 10 min). We trusted his diagnosis & went ahead with the surgery. After the surgery we went to her in recovery & she was alone & crying because of the pain. Turns out (much after the surgery) that the nasality came from a gaping in her soft palate. Also, exactly one month after the surgery our daughter came down with fevers, pain & rashes. We took her to our local clinic where the nurse tried to contact Tralla & he NEVER returned the call. The nurse thought that our daughter might have been suffering from an infection from the surgery. We then took her to Denver's Children's Hospital where she was diagnosed with severe Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis. Yes, she might have had the gene in her body, but the adenoids are involved with the immune system & I KNOW that this surgery kicked the RA in to gear. My girl did not need this surgery & now she has this condition that has basically ruined her life. I would call Tralla & tell him that her nasality was not better & he would just say to wait & we would see improvement. I feel that once he removed her adenoids he saw the gaping in her throat & knew that he had done the wrong thing. If not, he would have called back to check on things. I would never, ever take anyone to this man!!!!! If I were a law suit person & could prove this, I would have this man in court. In my opinion, my daughter's life is scarred forever because of this man. Avoid him like the curse!!!!!!

This man is rude! he doesn't listen, nor spend any time with you making me believe that he even cares. His rates are high, and his value is nil! I'll steer well wide of this man for my next visit to an ENT!

First of all he charged over $200 for a 5minute look to tell me I needed my tonsils out which I already knew. I left a message with the date I wanted scheduled for the appointment to have the surgery and Cindy his assistant never called me back. I called about a week later and she said I called you yesterday, we are confirmed (she never left a message). I didn't hear from her until a few days before the surgery (I called), she claimed she had called me, but she had not yet again. I felt very ill prepared for the surgery. They also did not prepare me for all I would expect during the recovery period which has been the worst experience of my life. I have called several times needing help, the pain has been unbearable. Cindy's only concern is that I stay hydrated and she does not even listen when I tell her I'm drinking enough. She avoids answering my questions. They refused to do anything about my pain until after day 6 I went to the ER. They helped totally and wondered why my doc hadn't

This is by far the rudest physician I have ever seen! He insulted me, made me feel worse about myself than I allready do. He also laughed at me, I would never send a friend his way.

I explained, in detail, to Dr. Tralla and his surgery coordinator, Cindy, the issue I was coming to see him for. He suggested surgery. Cindy was pushing for me to book the appointment that day. I told her I needed to think about it. After the surgery, which was unsuccessful, the first thing both of them asked me was whether my nose was less stuffy. I repeated to them both that was not my concern. It was my runny nose. They should listen, note, and speak to what the patients concerns are. Also, I had to call to follow up on my already set and confirmed surgery date since I hadn't been given any instructions and the surgery was only a couple days out. Cindy said I was not on the books for that day (I had a form that stated otherwise). I told her that was unacceptable because my mother was flying out (flight already booked) to help me that day. Cindy called me back later to say we could do the surgery on the original scheduled day. That's about the only thing that went right.
