Dr Burba is excellent. He is very calm and found my problem in one visit and corrected my medications

I am a social worker who works with Dr. Burba in an inpatient psychiatric facility. His diagnostic and treatment skills are top-notch. Dr. Burba is a true humanitarian, who treats patients who are homeless, have no resources, and have addictions with the same respect that he gives to wealthy patients who have more socially-accepted illnesses. The dignity he helps restore in humans goes a long way toward their finding the motivation to work toward their recovery. Dr. Burba is a true team player, who consults and listens to all members of the treatment team - nurses, social workers, patients, and anyone else who gets to know the patients. He works countless hours with a much too heavy patient load, devoting ample time to each person, so that he can give them the best possible treatment.
